We provide two types of service which are Normal Cleaning Service and Big Cleaning Service. The service includes a thorough floor clean of sweeping, vacuuming and mopping using disinfectant cleaners. Plus clean all countertops. The service also includes change sheets and bedding. Surface cleaning on furniture in the area of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The team come fully-equipped with cleaning tools and solutions, only high-quality cleaning products and supplies are selected.

Novotel Cleaning Service

Normal Cleaning service includes:

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floor
• Bedroom cleaning and makeup beds
• Bathroom cleaning includes sanitary wares, bathtubs and shower areas
• Surface cleaning in living and kitchen area
• Clean all countertops and surface areas including dust wherever it is needed

Normal Cleaning service excludes:

• Cleaning and set up things in the cabinet and fridge
• Cleaning kitchenware, dining ware and toy
• Moving heavy furniture, cleaning in risk & high areas: chandelier, high windows and air-conditioner

Cleaning team:  2 cleaning staff

 

Big Cleaning service includes:

Living room & family area

• Vacuum all wall, ceiling, carpet and bed
• Door and window ledge cleaning
• Wet wipe on reachable lamps
• Floor cleaning with disinfectant cleaner
• Change bed sheets

Bathroom

• Scrub sanitary wares
• Mob and scrub floor, wall, bathtubs and shower area
• Clean mirror and shower curtain

Kitchen

• Dust cleaning
• Doors, frames and kitchen counters intense cleaning
• Exterior cleaning on washing sinks, fridges and cabinets
• Wet wipe dining tables
• Floor cleaning with disinfectant cleaner

Balcony

• Sweep, wash and wipe down of balconies, railing, mirror to rid the areas of dirt and dust. (Reachable within 3 metres)
• Exterior cleaning exhaust vents
• Washing removable mosquito screen, jalousie window and curved steel doors

Big Cleaning Service excludes:

• Cleaning and set up things in the cabinet, cupboard and fridge
• Cleaning kitchenware, dining ware and toy
• Moving heavy furniture, cleaning in risk & high areas: chandelier, high windows and air-conditioner

Cleaning team: 1 supervisor and 2 cleaning staff

Normal cleaning service for 3 hrs.

• 20-32 Sqm. | a special price at THB    700 from THB 1,000
• 33-45 Sqm. | a special price at THB 1,000 from THB 1,300
• 46-55 Sqm. | a special price at THB 1,200 from THB 1,500

THB 300 additional is charged for a big cleaning service

House

Normal cleaning service for 3 hrs.

• Less than 120 Sqm. | a special price at THB 2,100 from THB 3,000
• Less than 160 Sqm. | a special price at THB 2,800 from THB 3,700

Normal cleaning service for 4 hrs.

• Less than 220 Sqm. | a special price at THB 3,500 from THB 4,400

THB 800 additional is charged for a big cleaning service

 

Terms & Condition

• Equipment and chemical products are included.
• The service is available in Cheang Wattana area. No transportation fee for the area within 10 km. THB 150-300 additional charge for the area within 11-20 km.
• The promotion rate is for book and pay within 20 August 2021
