• 49-62 Sqm. | a special price at THB 1,200 from THB 1,500
• 63-80 Sqm. | a special price at THB 1,500 from THB 1,800

THB 300 additional is charged for a deep cleaning service

 

Office Normal cleaning service for 3 hrs. 

• 110-130 Sqm. | a special price at THB 2,100 from THB 3,000
• 140-160 Sqm. | a special price at THB 2,800 from THB 3,700

Office Normal cleaning service for 4 hrs. 

• 180-220 Sqm. | a special price at THB 3,500 from THB 4,400

THB 800 additional is charged for a deep cleaning service

 

Terms & Condition

• Equipment and chemical are included.
• Service available in Cheang Wattana area. No transportation fee for the area within 10 km. THB 150-300 additional charge for the area within 11-20 km.
• 48 hours advance booking is required
• Cancellation notify within 24 hours in advance
• The payment option is available for bank transfers or cash after the service. The payment slip can be sent via LINE.
• The promotion rate is for book and pays within 30 April 2021
