Event spaces and capacity

Our main function room measures 30 by 10 metres, a total of 300 square metres, and holds up to 150 guests. The room is a single clear span, so it can be arranged for a seminar, a wedding banquet, a training course or a standing reception.

For smaller groups, Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2 are boardroom style spaces of 30 square metres seating 12 guests each, available by the hour or by the day with a 55 inch LED screen and full audio visual support.

Choosing a layout: a standing cocktail reception or product launch takes the full 150 guests. A seminar in theatre style seats 100. A seated dinner or wedding banquet with round tables seats 100, and a classroom set up for training seats 80. Tell our events team your guest number and preferred style and we will confirm the right arrangement.

How many places are available?

Attendance is limited. Registration closes once each day is full, so we recommend registering early.

How many guests can your event spaces hold?

The main function room is 300 square metres, 30 by 10 metres, and the maximum is 150 guests standing in cocktail style. Seated, it holds 100 guests theatre style, 80 guests banquet style and 80 guests classroom style. Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2 seat 12 guests each in boardroom style.

Do I need to register, and is it open to the public?

Registration is required. The showcase is aimed at companies, event organisers, wedding couples and anyone planning an event in 2026.

Is there an entry fee?

No. Entry is free for registered guests, including food tasting, wine tasting and the lucky draw.

What will I see and do at the showcase?

You can tour every event space, taste banquet and buffet menus at live cooking stations run by our chefs, join wine tasting, and speak directly with the events team about dates and pricing for 2026.
